Declan Mordaunt

I have over 50 years tax experience gained in Ireland, New Zealand, Middle East and Papua New Guinea. I was a Partner in a Big 4 firm in NZ and ME for over 25 years. In addition, I was a Partner in Ireland for 4 years and also worked as a Principal in PNG for 3 years.

During my career I have been involved in establishing many aspects of those practices including GST, Transfer Pricing and Employment Taxes. However, my main role was Corporate Tax having led the M&A and ITS practices for many years. I was also lead partner for a practice in Qatar, ran a team in Dubai and was lead partner for the Tax Management and Accounting Services practice across the ME region.

I am now in the process of establishing WTS NZ on behalf of WTS Australia.
