Julian Broughton

Julian has 30 years of experience in tax including 15 advising both Corporate and Private Equity on transaction matters and led the Corporate Transaction Tax team at EY from 2018 to 2025.​

Julian leads both buy and sell side tax due diligence engagements and also tax structuring engagements encompassing multi-national acquisitions, disposals and carve-outs and is known for his commercially focused advice and collaboration with other advisors and intermediaries​.
